This is the hardest question I get. I believe totally in surrounding yourself with people that support
you and build you up. What I don't believe in, is the whole "Do it for the team" mentality. They are
not helping you build your business, they are helping themselves build their business. Let's face it,
your upline wants you to succeed because then they succeed. Now, having said that, it is like most
other businesses, your sales manager at work wants you to get more sales and do better, because
if you do better, they get a better raise and more recognition.
It is a double edge sword. You are the owner of your own business, I say you treat it like your own
business and stop worrying about "The Team." You can disagree with this statement, it is your
business, you can do it any way you want too, if you like the ra-ra thing then by all means have
fun with it.
