      You will need your own business credit card to order products online at wholesale cost.
      You'll also need a seperate phone line, so your phone is not tied up by kids or computers.
      Obviously you will need a computer, but don't forget the little stuff too; paper, envelopes,
      computer ink, a calculator, pencils and pens, stapler and staples.
 
      Theses are just a few of the many things that will add to your initial start up costs. There
      is an old saying, that goes something like this, "It takes money to make money." Remember
      that, there is no way to start a business without some money to actually start the business.
 
      At this writing both Avon and Mary Kay offer their own Visa or Mastercard and with that
      comes points towards products. So, if you are going to buy product through your company
      might as well also get points towards more product for free.

   What does it cost to get a home party plan business going? That is a great question, some
   of the other    things you will need to get your home party plan business up and running will
   be; Your Starter Kit, business cards, name tag, self-inking stamp or labels, company website,
   the ability to accept creit cards (this is a must if you want to have a real business). Product
   samples of cosmetics and skin care are very important in my book, company catalogs,
   storage containers, cotton balls, plastic bags, postage stamps, gift wrap, and many more
   misc. items.
 
   All things said, you are going to spend about $1,000 right from the start. That is not
   a whole lot when you think you are starting your own business. Not a lot of business
   opportunities can boost the fact that you can really be up and running for around $1,000.
 
   Now, this does not include product that you are going to want to have on hand. It really
   is a no brainer here. When you order something how long do you really want to wait to
   get it? Not very long right? The more product you have on hand the less your customers
   have to wait for it, the happier your customers are. Happy customers tend to buy
   more products.
    
   But, don't go crazy on buying product till you find out what your customers are going
   to order repeatedly. Your upline will tell you she will do your first order for you, since
   you don't know what to order. This is fine, but have a set amount you can afford and
   tell her what it is. She will want you to make it more no matter what you tell her, so,
   be firm and stick to the set amount you have already decided on.

   Remember everybody is not your prospect. You do not want to bother eveybody in
   the grocery store or at the bank, or even while you are out having dinner with a loved
   one. You want people who want what you are selling and come looking for you. Wheter

   with someone you know really has no business savy and will probably drop out within
   three months.
 
 
   Don't Recruit Just Anyone For Your Business Opportunity!
 
   Why expend valuable time and energy trying to force-feed your opportunity down the
   throat of someone who’s entirely indifferent? Why do that when there are millions of
   people who actually do want to start their own network marketing business? The ones
   who warrant your attention are the ones who take the initiative and go out of there
   way to find out how to do it. These people are your prospects.
 
   Some people have no desire what so ever to own their own business. Some people
   actually love their jobs and could never even imagine leaving where they work. Some
   people despise multi level marketing and would rather have a tooth pulled than be
   associated with an mlm. Some people are afraid of risks or trying anything new. Some
   people are not cut out to be entrepreneurs and are better off staying at the job they
   are are at right now. Some people do not have the funds to really make a go of a business,
   so, why would you want to try and get these people to join your team? These people
   are not your propospects and you don't want them on your team.
